All adult occupants must fill out a separate application online at www.BrenhamRent.com. 1 year lease required. One month's rent required for security deposit and due upon lease signing. One full month’s rent or prorated rent due prior to move-in. Security deposit and first month’s rent must be by cashier's check. Online payments allowed after move-in. Credit check, background check, income verification and landlord history will be verified for each applicant.
